Brief

Nanolocks Hair Extensions approached izest Start as they needed help to create and roll out a digital strategy for the business.

Approach

Following our initial strategy sessions with the team at Nanolocks we identified their website as being a weakness for them and we proposed the redevelopment of their site using a Shopify template design. The new site was developed to optimise the user experience (UX) for visitors and ultimately maximise conversions on site. We also worked with them to create a social media content strategy would help to increase engagement, reach and conversion across their social channels. Finally, as part of the initial project, we created and implemented a digital ad strategy across Google and Facebook/Instagram with display, serach and retargeting campaigns to boost conversions and brand awareness across their target audience.

Result

The results for Nanolocks were immediate with an increase in visitors to the site and a jump in their conversion rate after just 4 weeks. Their social media content is performing well and they were so impressed by the team in izest Start that they have employed us on a retainer basis to look after their social media and digital ads optimisation
